The Board of Faculties
In pursuance of the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019, and the Statutes/Ordinances/Regulations framed thereunder, and with a view to ensuring effective academic coordination, curriculum development, and maintenance of academic standards across faculties, the Board of Faculties of Glocal University is hereby constituted as under:
Composition of the Board of Faculties:

| 8 | Two external subject experts from higher education institutions | Member |
Powers and Functions of the Board of Faculties:
- The Board of Faculties shall perform the following functions:
- To coordinate academic activities among various faculties of the University
- To consider and recommend curricula, syllabi, and academic regulations proposed by the Boards of Studies
- To promote interdisciplinary teaching and research across faculties
- To advise on academic standards, teaching-learning processes, and evaluation reforms
- To review academic progress and implementation of academic policies of the University
- To consider any other academic matter referred to it by the Vice-Chancellor or the competent authority
This order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force until further orders.
