Glocal University Celebrates Founder’s Day 2026

Saharanpur, January 3, 2026: Glocal University celebrated its Founder’s Day with great enthusiasm and grandeur at the university campus. The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and Saraswati Vandana.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Shivani Tiwari delivered the welcome address and highlighted the university’s vision and achievements. Pro-Vice Chancellor Mr. Syed Nizamuddin emphasized the significance of Founder’s Day and the institution’s continuous progress.

Students presented vibrant cultural performances including group dances, poetry recitations, and theatrical acts based on social themes such as women’s education.

Meritorious students were awarded Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for their outstanding academic achievements.

On this occasion, a free health check-up camp was also organized where services such as blood pressure check-up, ECG, blood tests, ultrasound, and eye examinations were provided. Around 350 beneficiaries availed the facilities.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks followed by the National Anthem.
