Glocal University implied with the spirit of gender equality, also known as sexual equality or equality based on the sexes, is the state of equal ease of access to resources and opportunities regardless of gender, including economic participation and decision-making; and the state of valuing different behaviours, aspirations and needs equally, regardless of gender. Glocal University provides a very safe and healthy environment and facilities for the female students, staff and visitors. Gender equity is created within the campus by creating opportunities for both genders equally, giving leadership roles to women employees and providing a congenial environment so that both genders can grow freely.
